Julia Reuter, Managing Director Strategy, Human Resources & Culture at RTL Deutschland

Julia Reuter will leave RTL Deutschland at her own request on 30 April 2022 to take on new tasks and responsibilities. Going forward, Co-CEO Matthias Dang will be responsible for Strategy, while Oliver Radtke will take over the responsibility for Human Resources and Culture. Alongside her position as Managing Director Strategy, Human Resources and Culture, Julia is also a member of the RTL CR Board, which was created in 2021 to pool expertise in the area of corporate responsibility (as previously reported). 

Matthias Dang and Stephan Schäfer, Co-CEOs of RTL Deutschland, say: "Julia Reuter has accompanied RTL Deutschland through major changes, such as the creation of Ad Alliance, the integration of Super RTL or the combination with Gruner + Jahr. With her Human Resources and Strategy teams, she has played a decisive role in shaping our transformation. If RTL Deutschland is today a modern organisation that relies on flexibility and is highly attractive for talent, it is not least thanks to Julia. In addition, through her careful management of all the necessary protective measures, she has guided employees safely through the pandemic. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for the work she has done and are pleased that she will continue to support us in word and tasks until 30 April. We wish her all the best for the future."
