Gay community honours Alles was zählt Over 5,000 readers of the nationwide gay magazine Blu voted RTL Television’s daily soap Alles was zählt Best National TV Format.
 
The actors Dennis Grabosch and Igor Dolgatschew, who have been playing out a passionate love story over the past few months in their roles as the ice skater Roman Wild and the young Turk Denis Öztürk, accepted the award on behalf of the series.

Dennis and Igor were delighted: “This isn’t just about us, but about the entire format. If our colleagues hadn’t done such a fantastic job, we’d never have come up with this gay storyline. In short, everyone working on the series is fabulous, so thanks very much to them all!”.

The silver-coloured award was handed out at a gala award ceremony in Stuttgart. The series Alles was zählt attains ratings of up to 20.5 per cent in the 14-49 target group on Mondays to Fridays. The average overall audience in January 2008 was 3.32 million viewers, equivalent to a market share of 17.3 percent among 14- to 49-year-olds.
